Have you ever feel like you want to do lots of things, then you do them all but at the time you just keep dropping the things?
It is not easy at all, it requires discipline, pursuit of goals, and a lot of hard work.
I started the year very motivated on doing several activities such as playing tennis, running, loosing weight, be great at work, start developing my own business, practice yoga, etc.
I have always seen videos of successful people talking about FOCUS.
I have always lived with the mentality of: If I want to do something, just do it, even though it´s just for a couple of days, but…. I realized if you want to be good at something… of course you need to focus on a few things or just in 1 thing.
On the things that you can control... that besides of the extra time you put on, you are certain that it will help you succeed.
The end of every week is a great time to think, bring new ideas, and plan. Monday is always a good day to start.
I have previously talked about balance in life… Family ,Friends, Health, Work, Spiritual, Extracurricular.
So I will put in practice that, and FOCUS on the things that I feel totally passionate about and that will led me to succeed in the future. I encourage you to do the same 🙂 Let´s just try.
