Tip of the day: Feel

Yesterday I started a course of stress reduction through mindfulness, one of the activities that the doctor told us to do was about feeling every single thing that we were experiencing at that moment; maximizing our senses, it was incredible the way my senses responded to what I wanted to feel and what I didn´t even know I could experience at that time. On our daily lives we feel, but we are not conscious, and it is so beautiful to actually FEEL.

Try to feel and maximize your senses on every activity you do.

Feel, be conscious, and enjoy. I am sure that you will start experiencing better things!
