Yesterday I started a course of stress reduction through mindfulness, one of the activities that the doctor told us to do was about feeling every single thing that we were experiencing at that moment; maximizing our senses, it was incredible the way my senses responded to what I wanted to feel and what I didn´t even know I could experience at that time. On our daily lives we feel, but we are not conscious, and it is so beautiful to actually FEEL.
