Well, today I came to the conclusion that if we want to know how we have been feeling lately, we can take a look at our app emojis “the frequently used ones”.
Even though emojis are small and simple features they express a lot when we use them. We can perceive personal feelings, thoughts, if the other person is happy or mad, if something is ok or not, if he/she is sad, if there are any good news about life, etc.
I thought about this, because most of the times we use happy faces but sometimes we use negative emojis in order to express disappointment, anger and other negative feelings.
And well, it is usual to have positive and negative feelings, that is the way life is.
It is good to express ourselves, but we need to be conscious when something is constantly not right.
Observe, analyze and take decisions.
It is just a small exercise but it worked for me, so I encourage you to look at your recent emojis, and think about:
How you have been feeling lately?
Do the emojis reflect the actual way you feel?
What do you need to be happier?
What can you do different?
How can you change the negative thoughts into positive ones?
How to improve your attitude?
