    • Enabling growth: Drive the preferred future.

  2. Have your core values established and use them.
  3. Valuable employees see how to grow the company.
  4. They don´t teach people how to communicate, present and write well.
  5. Bring the issues to the table.
  6. Step out of the comfort zone.
  7. Motivation, structure (tools), consequence (nothing will happen if you don´t do it).
  8. You need to know where you are going.
  9. Think about your goals.
  10. You cannot delegate if you are not aligned of how they will make decisions.
  11. Attitude makes the difference.
