What Hubspot employees think about the company :) Why they love it, and why it has a great culture!

While I was at Inbound event at Boston a few weeks ago, I took some time to ask Hubspot employees about the company.

What do they love the most?

Why they consider it to be a great place to work?

If they considered Hubspot to have a great culture?

Here I share great responses to my questions:

Hubspot is very flexible.

They support you whenever you need.

They train you a lot, they have many programs where you can learn.

We are all friends.

They listen to our ideas.

You get to meet amazing people while you work there.

There is a defined career plan for you.

There is diversity.

They are honest.

There is a lot of smart people.

They make you work in teams, which is amazing!

You can have a great vision of what is going on in the company.

The C level is very close to the employees.

Hubspot is an example of very good customer service, great employee engagement, and great product.

We are very happy to be part of this.

They encourage you to become better person in your life, not only professional but personal too.

I was impressed that 100% of the employees loved what they were doing.

They were highly satisfied and motivated.

I invite all companies to follow the best practices from companies who are authentic, real and who know how to encourage, manage and improve their employees and their culture.

Congratulations Hubspot!
